Bake-Off Bonanza
Tune in to WISR, WBUT, & ALLHITZ 97.7 from June 9-20 for your chance to purchase a homemade goodie. We enlist the help of local business owners, city & county officials, as well as a special group of "Friends of the Butler County Radio Network" to bake and offer for auction a homemade specialty. All the proceeds benefit our Relay For Life team. It's a win-win situation...you get a delicious sweet treat and we raise money for a great cause. Basket Raffle
Take a chance on our Cinco De Mayo gift basket. It's filled with an assortment of Mexican favorites including a fajita sizzler set, mango mojito mix, a tortilla warmer & more. Stop by our office and get your name in the drawing. Each chance is just $1.00 with the proceeds benefiting the Amercan Cancer Society. Drawing will be held on Monday, May 5.
Mother's Day Tributes
As a special Mother's Day tribute, WBUT is honoring local mothers and supporting the American Cancer Society with a special Mother's Day promotion. For a $5 donation, WBUT will salute your mother on the radio in the days leading up to Mother's Day. You can request your greeting be in honor of or in memory of your mother, grandmother or even someone who has always been like a mother to you. Send your check or money order for $5, along with the name of the person you'd like to honor or remember to WBUT at 112 Hollywood Drive, Suite 203, Butler, Pa 16001. As an added bonus, the Butler County Radio Network will match the donations dollar for dollar up to $1000.
