Lauren Balmert
of Seneca Valley High School

This week's student athlete of the week is Lauren Balmert. Balmert, a junior setter on the Seneca Valley volleyball team, helped lead the Lady Raiders to a 4th place finish in the WPIAL playoffs this season. In the final three games, Balmert totaled 110 assists, 4 service aces, 10 digs, and 2 stuff-blocks. Lauren was recently named First Team All-Section in the WPIAL. Congratulations Lauren!
