One of the area's most successful college basketball coaches is calling it quits. Geneva College Women's coach Ron Galbreath has announced his retirement. He had been the Golden Tornado's head coach for six seasons compiling a 111-48 record, and taking Geneva to its only NAIA tournament appearance in school history. Prior to coaching at Geneva, Galbreath was the head men's basketball coach at Westminster College where he collected six regular season district titles and three appearances in the NAIA national tournament. Galbreath was a two-time All-American for the Titans during his playing career and ranks fourth on the career scoring list with 1,586 points. His overall career coaching record is an impressive 634-192.
