The Penguins erased a 3-1 deficit to get their second win in a row over a playoff caliber team by beating the Buffalo Sabers by a final score of 5-4 last night at the Mellon Arena.  Why have the Penguins been so successful against one of the best goalies in the league Ryan Miller of the Sabers, no one is sure.  But what is sure, the Pens put five of 31 shots behind him last night and in their only previous meeting, Miller gave up three goals on 11 shots, which means the Penguins are 8 for 42 against Miller this season.  Sidney Crosby was the star last night for the Pens, recording his fifth career hat trick and had five of the shots for the Pens last night.  Mark Letestu scored his first NHL goal just 48 seconds into the game to give the Pens a 1-0 lead before Buffalo would score three in a row.  Jordan Staal had the other goal for the Pens.  Kris Letang and Evgeni Malkin each had two assists and Marc-Andre Fleury made 31 saves in the win. The win raised the Pens record to 35-21-1 and moved them to within one point of the Devils for first in the division.  The Pens are off until Saturday when they are in Montreal.
