Two juveniles have been charged with causing close to $30,000 in damages to property in three separate locations in Clarion County. The incidents happened on Saturday, January 24th and all took place during the evening hours. The pair, who is not being identified, arrived on the properties by way of an ATV near Lauffer and Pine City Road in Elk Township. They forced their way into two outbuildings and one camp. One of the structures they tried to burn down by lighting an oil-soaked rag inside of it. The property that was damaged included a pontoon boat, RV, ski boat, and a 140-year-old camp. The juveniles were apprehended that same day, and confessed what they did to police. They face felony charges to be filed by Clarion County's District Attorney.
