A former township supervisor and legislative aide from Armstrong County has died. Ludwig Miller, of McGrann, served as a supervisor for Manor Township for 32 years. He also served on the legislative staff of Representative Fred McIlhattan for 15 years. He also served on boards for Armstrong County's Housing Authority and Community Action Agency. Ludwig Miller was 74. He died Thursday after a long battle with cancer.
