Police in Franklin report a hit and run in the Cranberry Walmart parking lot Thursday afternoon. 57-year-old Gerald Beal of Freedom PA pulled out of a parking spot and impacted another parked vehicle owned by Kelly Kochanowski of Aliquippa. No one was injured in this crash.
