A 37-year-old man from Butler's West End faces assault charges. Ivan Cumba was arrested, early Thursday, for allegedly injuring a 23-year-old woman outside a bar on Pillow Street in Butler. Police say the attack was the result of a domestic dispute that started Wednesday night.
