An East Brady woman has been charged with DUI stemming from a traffic stop that happened in the borough of Tarentum on Tuesday. According to State Police at Kittanning, 24-year-old Brandy Williams was stopped on Route 366 near the East Tenth Avenue intersection for failing to keep her vehicle within her own lane of traffic. Police found her to show signs of impairment and under the influence of a controlled substance. Williams faces charges of DUI and several summary traffic violations.
